Owing to the pioneering efforts of our visionary

 Swamiji Guru Chidbhavananda, Sri Sarada Vidyavanam first 

bloomed with only five tender buds under the watchful eye of revered Yatheeswari Sivapriya Amba, on 18^th June 1984.

Today, it has spread its wings in myriad ways and grown into a veritable Kalpataru with 2703 girls currently on the roll. The school is located in the heart of the historic temple city of Madurai, on the banks of the holy River Vaigai

A large amount of a child’s time is spent sitting in a classroom. Every child needs space to grow. In recognition of the importance of a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, 77 large, bright and airy classrooms have been provided to meet the learning needs of the students.
